Water handling in the middle east?

Currently Egypt has extra access for water, we are too wasteful. And we don't have a problem for the next 40yrs unless Ethiopia and Uganda start building huge damns; which will probably put us in direct confrontation with them: I am just wondering what Israelis interest groups are doing in those two countries in particular? we do know of the Jewish colonies in Ethiopia; but do you really think its a coincidence that Israel have investments and good relation with the two most dangerouse countries when it comes to our life blood/ The Nile? Does Israeli govt. want us to forget about the Palestinians plight by putting us in confrontation with two African countries that cannot think for themselves? What do you think is happening Ariel? why doesnt Israel invest in Madagascar instead?
