How do i connect my desktop to a crt tv?

Ok so my desktop only has a vga output. And my tv only has coaxial, rca, and s-video in put. its a 2006 rca truflat tv ny the way. So is their like a converter i can buy to make this work? cause i really aint got the money to go out and by me a new flatpanel tv. So go figure. lol
