What is this show called?

Okay so all I remember is that theirs two teams, one red one blue, and then they have to stand on this plat form. Then a foam rectangle comes at them, with a cut out of some pose. They have to fit in that pose to get the point. It they don't fit, they get pushed back and fall into a pool of water.
