Go Gear VIBE Media Converter download?

Hello, I just bought a 4GB Phillips GoGear Vibe, and when I got it, I could not wait to watch videos on the go for long car rides (even if it does have a tiny screen, I can get used to it) but I can't seem to put it on by dragging the MP4 file (the type you need) to the video folder on the Mp3. So I used Phillips Songbird, the program that comes in, then I placed a short video I wanted to test it out into the media manager, and now I could watch about a couple of seconds. Then Iooked online to find out you need a CD that is SUPPOSED to come with it, but I did not recieve one with the player! So does anyone have any links to where I can download the Media Converter on the CD or is there some way I can just drag and drop into the folders? Any advice will help I just really need help!
