Uhhh... Unfair thing about MW2!!!?

Ok... I want to hear your thoughts... In MW2 I saw tons of people getting a nuke very easy. But the thing is they were playing on PS3. I even play better then some of them but I have never gotten a nuke. (I plat on PC.) So I want to hear your thoughts. Do only noobs play on PS3 and good player on PC. Just it seems unfair... (Also the controls are faster on the PC.) Yeah I know I made little scense but you guys got the point.
