This is ruining my lifeeeeeee?

Please read it to help me;/ Ok so im extremely shy like realllllly shy until I talk to you 29 times then im ok. Im only shy around girls I can't make eye contact and I NEVER know what to say. I hate myself. Girls tell me im so hot but im way to shy. In normal around my fam though. So my sister has a really cute friend over right now and im sitting in my room and my sister is showing her the house I have 2 classes with her. So 10 min later my sis comes up and saystop being so shy weirdo. 5 min my dad comes up and says you should go talk to her. 5 min later my mom came up and said you don't have to hide in here...... like WTF they know im shy stop being ***. Holes. Is it rude I haven't talk to her yet?? Im so mad at myself im a sophmore and my sis is a junior. They plat soccer together
