Psp error code problems?

i just got a brand new god of war ghost of Sparta game and its clean of course because its brand new and my psp is upgraded to where i can play it but when i try to plat it it says "can not star game error code(80020148) and i searched all over google and cant find any answers and i usually can depend on people on yahoo answers so please help i didnt pay 40 dollars on this game for nothing
