Help with my memory card?

i want to get the images from my memory card onto my computer but when put it into my computer the only thing that happens is a light comes on. nothing pops up for me to "copy images" and when i try to find the removable thing in my computer nothing is there either. i've tried putting it into a usb converter but nothing changes. The card is a kingston tech sd4/hc 8gb. and yes i've unlocked it and there is no password
